I'm not sure if you remember the raving I did about this handy little device and all of it's uses, but I truly love this little device. It is very handy and easy to use. It is a must for every one. You can use it to store files, play music, and yes record. I like to use this with stationary video cameras on investigations. It is also great to keep with me during a cryptid investigation because all I have to do it turn it on and it starts recording- I'm much more likely to catch something than having to fiddle with all the buttons on more complex recorders. Traveling with kids can be rewarding, entertaining, and a lot of work. There are many things on our minds when we are in the car with kids. Potty breaks, distracting ourselves from the noise, entertaining ourselves, finding our way, and even thinking about projects we have going on. Here are my favorite apps for each.

TripAdvisor is a must for me at all times. I am always checking this app before we take the kids somewhere new to make sure it is family friendly. My favorite thing is that it shows near by places and you can check their ratings. Definitely a must have app.

None of us moms can live without Pinterest. It is our answer to everything, even if we are a Pinterest hoarder and never actually use our pins. Personally, unless I'm school planning the only time I can use Pinterest without feeling guilty is when I'm on vacation. So, the Pinterest app is a must have while I'm on vacation.

You guys are well aware of how obsessed with labels I am. Well, I have a new addition to that obsession. These awesome little clips from Label Daddy are my new best friend. Not only are they made amazingly well, bright colored, and will stand up to preschoolers, but I have found endless uses for them. You can even have these amazing little zipper tags (24.95 for 10) customized in just about any way you want.

10 Uses For Zipper Tags

1. Put them on backpacks to seperate from everyone else's belongings. We also put them on the kids' tablet cases. 

2. Color code each kid and put them on lunch boxes, electronics, and anything else that has a place for them. 

3. Use it as a keychain

4. Put them on coats, shoes, and even hats

5. Clip them on stuffed animals and lovies (for kids a little older)

6. Organize camp gear

7. Putting them on zippers can help little ones grasp the concept of zippers better. 

8. Clip two zippers together for added security

9. As a pretty addition to any bag

10. My favorite use- I put a circle label on the backside and wrote my cell phone number on it. Then, I cliped it on my kids' belt loops in case they get separated from us.

Must Have Baby Gear: #SavvyBaby Stroller Organizer

I had a stroller organizer for our large stroller from our baby travel system. It was perfect for it, but just didn't work to well on our umbrella stroller, which we use more now since it takes up less room. It wasn't that big of a deal until we were on vacation about a month ago. It isn't all that easy to push a stroller, while holding toddler stuff, a cup, and stuff for the preschooler. Something had to be done. When I was asked to review this stroller organizer from Savvy Baby, I knew it would be the perfect solution, and I was right.


This stroller organizer is the highest quality I have seen. It is made out of neoprene and comes in this chevron or black. The straps of this one are thinner and has buckles, so that it can be used on any stroller. The front pocket is detachable and includes a wristlet strap and headphones holder. You also get a free snack leash with it.

Although there are 2 designated drink holders, you could hold drinks for the whole family with it. I can put my drink, koda's drink, Tbomb's water bottle, diaper kit, and toy for koda in the main compartment. In the small pouch, I can fit my phone, and thin wallet!

I love this stroller organizer and would recommend it above all the others!

This will work for any stroller and I use it on our large stroller and our umbrella stroller. Choosing among the best strollers is not an easy task, but there is help!

Must Have For Baby: Chevron Car Seat Cover

When my little ones were in the carrier car seats, I would just throw a blanket over them when it was nap time, in the grocery store, or at the doctor's office. That worked great, except for when it was time to carry them. Then, I would have to uncover them and usually wake them. I had seen covers like this before, but never thought it was that big of a deal. Well, I have changed my tune. I use this thing all the time, although Kodabug is no longer in a carrier car seat. I use it on the stroller, and even on the play mat when we are outside.
