I really love using technology in our homeschool. Even more so, I love apps because the kids can learn on the go, without really realizing that is what they are doing. I especially love programs that help with reading.

Red Apple Reading has quickly become one of my favorite tools in our homeschool. I love that there is an app version (for some levels) and it can be accessed with the computer, the parent's panel makes it even better.

We include the website in our daily homeschool schedule. I love that it is something Tbomb can do on his own, while I clean up or do activities with Kodabug. Organize That Stroller: ZenKid

I use the stroller now with two kids much more than I ever did with just Tbomb in tow. I can make him hold on to the stroller and have my hands free to handle paperwork, payments, or anything else that the world throws my way. Unless I'm grocery shopping, the stroller is with me. In the doctor's office, strolling around, on vacation- every where. I usually use the big Graco stroller, but sometimes use our umbrella stroller, depending on what we are doing. The only problem that I have with using it so much is keeping what I need handy while keeping my hands as free as possible. Enter- ZenKid's stroller organizer. This is one of my favorite pictures of my Tbomb. We were visiting Cherokee for a couple days and he had picked up some rocks to play with. His daddy then showed him how he could use a flashlight to look at the rocks and see really cool patterns. At only 2, he was already fascinated with rocks and all things science.
